Our story
Working as a lumper for 15 years, Lazaro Martinez, the CEO and founder of Martinez Lumper LLC understood that warehouses struggled to acquire a solution for the unloading and loading of shipping containers/trailers. So, he started a lumper agency to provide a competitive solution to an ongoing logistics issue. That’s how the idea of starting a staffing agency was born.

Our vision was clear from the very beginning: Make the staffing process work perfectly for both employers and employees. Since the very first day, we have worked hard to achieve all of our goals and once they are accomplished, we set new and even more challenging ones.
