Working as a lumper for 15 years, Lazaro Martinez, the CEO and founder of Martinez Lumper LLC understood that warehouses struggled to acquire a solution for the unloading and loading of shipping containers/trailers. So, he started a lumper agency to provide a competitive solution to an ongoing logistics issue. That’s how the idea of starting a staffing agency was born.

Our mission is to make an impact on the warehousing industry by providing each site/facility we acquire with lumpers that will increase not only productivity but also provide accuracy without compromising safety of our employees or that of our clients.
